Notification on opening time change

From 21st November 2017 the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina is changing opening hours.

For the visitors, Museum will be open Tuesdays to Fridays from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.

Second Year of the Italian Conservation and Restauration Courses at The National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina

For the second year the Italian Superior Institute for Conservation and Restoration of Rome (ISCR) has carried out a conservation and restoration course at the National Museum of Bosnia Herzegovina in Sarajevo, financed by the Italian Minister for Foreign Affaires and International Cooperation.

The National Museum of BH offers visitors opportunity to see the original manuscript of Sarajevo Haggadah, on Wednesday, 12th of April 2017. All you have to do is pay entrance fee: 6 KM adults, 3 KM children.

Presentation of the Project "Haggadah, closer to you"

The project of renovation and protection of the Museum's room where the Sarajevo Haggadah is on display will be presented at the press conference. The project is financed by the Republic of France, and will be implemented by the UNESCO.
