The author provides a comprehensive account of the origin and development of the Bosnian log cabin based on collected documentation and examples of log cabins preserved in the second half of the 20th century. There are examples of houses built from wood or a combination of wood and other materials, created in the period from the beginning of the 19th to the end of the 20th century. The book is illustrated with photos of log cabins and drawings of the interior and exterior.<\/p>\n
