As part of the project \u201cMuseums on the Move: Cultural Heritage in the Hands of Youth,\u201d an educational workshop titled \u201cThrough the History of Sevdalinka\u201d was held at the First Primary School in Bosanska Krupa.<\/p>\n

The workshop was led by Zanin Berbi\u0107, curator-ethnomusicologist of the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and was carried out in cooperation with the school pedagogue and geography and history teacher Almir \u0106ehi\u0107.<\/p>\n

Through discussion, listening, and interpretation of sevdalinka as an important part of the intangible cultural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina, students had the opportunity to learn about the richness of musical tradition and its role in shaping the cultural identity of the community.<\/p>\n

The project \u201cMuseums on the Move II: Cultural Heritage in the Hands of Youth\u201d is implemented by the Museum of Contemporary Art of Republika Srpska as the project lead, in cooperation with the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the aim of bringing cultural heritage topics closer to young people through modern and interactive educational programs.<\/p>\n

This project continues a long-standing practice of bringing museums closer to young audiences, creating space for learning through experience, dialogue, and contemporary educational methods.<\/p>\n

Activities within \u201cMuseums on the Move II\u201d are implemented as part of the project Dialogue for the Future 3 \u2013 DFF3, carried out by UNDP, UNICEF, and UNESCO in cooperation with the United Nations Resident Coordinator, and in partnership with the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n
