Bosniak oral ballad

The songs, recently classified as “oral ballad”, which have already been rooted in the oral literature of Bosniaks for centuries, in a literary-theoretical and literary-historically focused manner, in its comprehensive appearance, prof. Ph.D. Munib Maglajlić researched and offered his conclusions in the manuscript Bosnian oral ballad. In a proportionally rounded form, still open to the excellence of the research eye, the manuscript remained on the table waiting for the last, executive words of the Professor. The manuscript is, according to the wish and recommendation of the heiress, Mrs. Medhije Maglajlić, prepared for the press by the curator of oral poetry of the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nirha Efendić, and it was published to mark the 130th anniversary of its publishing activity.
