Project "Preventive conservation of National Museum's of BH collections"

On Tuesday, 7 June 2016, a press conference will be held in the National Museum of BH to present the project of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments of BH: “Preventive conservation of the National Museum’s of BH collections”.

The conference will start at 10 a.m. in the Department of Natural History. 

Commission to Preserve National Monuments together with the National Museum of BH implement the project, and the funds of 625,000.00 USD have been ensured by the Fund of American Ambassadors for Protection of Cultural Heritage and the USA State Department.

The media will be addressed by Stefanie Altman-Winans, Counselor for Public Affairs at the US Embassy in Sarajevo, Mirela Mulalić Handan, Assistant to the Executive Officer for Heritage, and Mirsad Sijarić, Director of the National Museum of BH.

After short statements, the Project will be presented to the media representatives by Medina Hadžihasanović-Katana and Aida Bičakčić, the coordinators of the Project from the Commission to Preserve National Monuments of BH.
